In line with our expansion and development program, we would like to invite individuals/company/boutique to be one of our reseller. Our resellers are entitled for great commissions, product support and customer service.

Selections of 4 modules are available for those interested to generate income.

Besides these 4 modules, we are open for anyone (worldwide) that interested to venture in breastfeeding apparel business and seeking individuals/company to partner with. We are expanding our ventures in kiosks/shops, and for anybody interested to become our partner, please email us your interest.

 

ONLINE & OFFLINE RESELLER 

DOWNLOAD DETAIL INFO

Method:

1.       Sell online (for Online Reseller) via own website/online store/blog/etc.  OR Anywhere at own discretion (for Offline Reseller)
2.       Upon approval, might use pictures/information of the products to promote in own website/blog/online store.
3.        Get commission on every item sold/purchased/ordered (no initial investment needed).
4.       Bling Boutique will handle packaging & delivery of the items to customer.  

Condition:

1.       Must a/an admin/owner of the online store/blog/website/facebook page.
2.       Selling price in accordance to Bling Boutique Normal Price.
3.       Bling Boutique will issue coupons to the Online Reseller/Affiliates that they can use to promote the items.
4.       Retain “BlingBuubies Nursing Apparel” brand name.

Sign-up Procedure:

1.       Fill in the form provided
2.       “Like” the BlingBuubies Nursing Apparel Facebook Page.
3.       Bling Boutique will provide the Reseller ID (ORS xxxx) / (ARS XXXX), upon approval of application (within 24-72 hours).
4.       Can start promoting BlingBuubies product and enjoy the benefit.

Termination Procedure:

1. Upon 6-months without any activity.


WHOLESALE PURCHASER

Method:

1.       Sell anywhere/anyplace at own discretion.
2.       Get 35% discounts on TOTAL items purchased
3.    Plus, the wholesaler will be entitled for RM10 money-back commission for every items successfully sold (only for BlingBuubies Nursing Apparel). The money-back commission will be paid once we received the warranty-card for each product.

Condition:

1.       Minimum purchase of 12pcs of ready-to-wear nursing apparel to entitle for the wholesale price.
2.       Retain “BlingBuubies Nursing Apparel” brand name.

Sign-up Procedure:

1.       Fill in the form provided
2.       Bling Boutique will contact the purchaser to arrange delivery of products.

Termination Procedure:

1.       As the arrangement is voluntary, no notice is required (Wholesale)


STOCKIST

DOWNLOAD DETAIL INFO

Method:

1.       Sell at Kiosk/Shop/Promotional Lot/etc                          
2.     1-year agreement (renewable yearly).              3.      RM2000 initial investment (purchase initial stock of BlingBuubies Nursing Apparel at 50% discounts).                                                         4.       Bling Boutique will supply/re-stock/change latest collections & products to stockist without any deposit.
5.    Stockist is authorized to represent Bling Boutique in taking tailoring & alteration orders from customers.
6.     Get 50% discounts on item sold & commission for tailoring & alteration services
7.     Bling Boutique will check inventory each month and invoice stockist
8.     Bling Boutique will include stockist info & etc into every promotional advertisement (magazine/website/etc) that we participate.    

Condition:

1.   Must own Shop/Kiosk/Promotional Lot/etc
 2.  Selling price in accordance to Bling Boutique  Price.
3.     Retain “BlingBuubies Nursing Apparel” brand.

      4.  Discounts entitled depend on quantities sold each month (5pcs or less – as per Online Reseller, 6-10pcs – as per Consignment, above 10pcs – 50%)

      5.  Now, Stockist can also promote tailoring & alteration services and receive commission for every order

Sign-up Procedure:

1.       Fill in the form provided
2.       “Like” the BlingBuubies Nursing Apparel Facebook Page.
3.       Bling Boutique will contact the applicant to arrange delivery of products and contract issue.

Termination Procedure:

     1.Upon expiry of the annual contract, the stockist will have the choice to extend the contract or terminate it.  If the stockist wishes to extend the contact, a new contract will be drafted at no additional charges. Should the stockist decided not to renew the contract, a 30-day written notice (from the stockist) is needed (prior to expiry of the contact date) in order for Bling Boutique to close the account, remove stocks and calculate all the outstanding payment due to Bling Boutique (if any). Bling Boutique will then remove the stockist from list of our authorize reseller/representative upon expiry of the existing contract.


 CONSIGNMENT BASIS

Method:

1.       Sell at Kiosk/Shop/Promotional Lot/etc.
2.       3-months trial period & renewable for every 6-months agreement
3.       Bling Boutique will maintain product supply for at least 12pcs each month.
4.       Get commissions on item sold/purchased
5.       Bling Boutique will check inventory each month and invoice consignee.   

Condition:

1.       Must own kiosk/shop/promotional lot
2.       Selling price in accordance to Bling Boutique Normal Price / Promotional Price.
3.       Retain “BlingBuubies Nursing Apparel” brand name.
4.       Discounts entitled depend on quantities sold each month (less than 10pcs - commission as per Online Reseller. For above 10pcs – commission is 35% of total sale)
5.       Security Deposit upon delivery of products is 40% of total products to be consigned (min 12pcs). The deposit is fully refundable upon termination of contract/agreement and upon return of products to Bling Boutique in good condition.
6. Now, reseller can also promote tailoring & alteration services and receive commission for every order.

3.       Bling Boutique will contact the consignee to arrange delivery of products and contract issue.

 Termination Procedure:
1.       Upon the end of 3-months trial period, the consignee has the option either to continue with the consignment or terminate it. Either way, the security deposit will be refunded to the consignee, provided the products are in good condition. If the consignee chooses to further other 6-months, a 30-day written notice is needed to terminate the contract. Consignee has to clear all outstanding payment to Bling Boutique (if any), before the security deposit is refunded
